Susan and Gene moved to Jupiter Florida in 1996 (Jonathan's Landing) from Huntington Bay, N.Y. after Gene's 31-year career in the corporate world. Gene joined the local Kiwanis club and served twice as president and has chaired the annual golf tournament for 19 years. Susan became part of the Jupiter Medical Center Auxiliary, volunteering in the emergency room. A few years later their real estate careers were started.
Susan and Gene have over 38 years combined in the business in Palm Beach County, having started their partnership in 2005. They have sold in many of the communities that were being developed at the time, including Abacoa, Evergrene, Botanica, and Paseos, to name a few. They can share with clients their knowledge of the area and of the many surrounding golf and boating communities. They include Jonathan's Landing, PGA National, Tequesta Country Club, Mirasol, and Bay Colony.
During these years Susan and Gene have used their negotiating skills to get the best price for their buyers and top dollar for their sellers. Constant communications with all parties during transactions from start to closing has made for smooth sales and satisfied homeowners.
